KYC Analyst - Part-Time

Job Summary
The KYC Analyst is responsible for conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews to support customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and CDD reviews for individual and corporate customers.
• Review customer identification documents and supporting information for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct name screening, sanctions screening, adverse media screening, and Politically Exposed Person (PEP) checks.
• Verify beneficial ownership and control structures of corporate customers.
• Ensure all required documentation is obtained and validated prior to account activation.
• Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews by collecting relevant information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date KYC records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable AML/CFT regulations, sanctions requirements, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business related field
• Detailed and proactive and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
