Loan Operations Executive #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring a Loan Operations Executive to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate banking loan transactions, including new loan drawdowns, rollovers and redemptions.
• Handle loan documentation and ensure proper safekeeping of finance-related documents.
• Manage margin call processes and monitor the timely receipt of valuations and collateral.
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, Head Office and regulatory submissions.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and process changes.
• Support process improvement initiatives and carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Min Degree in Finance or any related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Loan Operations experience within the banking industry.
• Minimum Experience in supporting Corporate Banking operations, including bilateral and syndicated loans.
