Loan Operations Officer (Bank I Up To 3.5k I West) - Part-Time

The Job

1. To support businesses in processing, performing loan documentation review and booking transactions accurately into bank systems.
2. To support in loans servicing including rollovers, repayments, loan fee collections etc.
3. To collaborate closely with team to uphold and improve on service standards based on established cut-off times.
4. To initiate and follow up on production tickets to resolve systemic issues as well as businesses on outstanding cases pending confirmation/ clarification.

• Experience in processing loan documentation or banking operations is an advantage
