Management Executive (Asset Management Contract) DT - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of the annual asset verification and stocktake exercise
• Prepare and maintain asset listings, user guides, and stocktake equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with internal departments on asset verification activities and provide guidance on asset management procedures
• Liaise with vendors to resolve operational and system issues related to RFID-based asset tracking and verification
• Conduct asset audits, sampling checks, and verification exercises to ensure accuracy of records
• Consolidate verification results and prepare reports for management review
• Update and maintain asset records, including asset movements, relocations, disposals, and transfers
• Assist with asset-related transactions, reconciliations, and system updates within asset management platforms
• Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties related to asset management operations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Prior experience in asset management is required
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling asset records and data
• Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with Workday and Asset Management Systems will be an advantage
• Responsible, proactive, and able to handle operational issues effectively
