Market Conduct Investigation (InsuranceUp To $5.5k) - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest financial services organization
• We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate, Market Conduct Investigation
• Starts off as a 6-month contract

The Job

• Perform reference checks on Market Conduct investigation records in response to internal and external requests.
• Review investigation history and outcomes, and identify relevant information.
• Update and migrate legacy register records into the new register template, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Retrieve and scan physical documents from the warehouse in line with records management requirements.
• Index, label, and store scanned documents appropriately to support easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Prepare reports using the MAS investigation report template, leveraging information from approved investigation reports in the internal format.
• Ensure accurate transcription of facts, timelines, findings, and outcomes without altering approved content.
• Apply formatting and completeness checks so reports meet template and submission standards.
• Ensure updates are supported by source documentation and aligned to the approved record.
• Provide support in communications (e.g., requests, follow-ups, document sharing) with internal stakeholders.

The Talent

• Experience in compliance support (in FI), investigations support, or document/report administration.
• Familiarity with Market Conduct investigations and/or regulatory reporting expectations (e.g., MAS templates).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with structured templates and registers.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
• Good written communication skills (clear, professional email drafting and updates).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and document management practices.
• Experience with record migration, data cleansing, or register management.
• Experience working with physical records and scanning/indexing processes.
