Merchant Growth & Operations - ShopeePay (Full-Time Contract - 12 Months) - Part-Time

Job Description:

• Merchant Onboarding: Support merchant onboarding alongside the MY Operations team to ensure a smooth activation experience and provide additional onboarding capacity when needed. 
• POSM & Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end POSM operations, including coordinating with Marketing, vendors and deployment partners on printing, inventory, delivery and quality. 
• Field Operations & Activations: Support strategic field initiatives such as merchant activations, campaign launches, quality assurance checks and high-priority deployments, while coordinating vendors for routine BAU deployment. 
• Merchant Engagement & Operations: Gather merchant feedback, support strategic lead generation initiatives, and work cross-functionally to improve operational processes and merchant experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills. 
• Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across internal teams and external vendors. 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Prior experience in operations, merchant support, vendor management, project coordination or field operations is preferred.
