About the Role:

We are looking for a Mortgage Consultant to join our advisory team. In this role you will guide clients through their home financing decisions, from new purchases and refinancing to more complex restructuring, and match them with the most suitable loan package across our panel of banks and lenders. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for self-motivated individuals who enjoy client-facing work. Full training and platform support are provided, so prior mortgage experience is welcome but not required.

What You Will Do:

• Advise clients on home loan options for new purchases, refinancing, and repricing, and recommend suitable packages based on their financial situation and goals.
• Assess client eligibility and affordability, and explain key considerations such as loan tenure, interest rate structures, and total borrowing costs.
• Manage clients through the full mortgage journey, from initial consultation to loan application and disbursement, working closely with our bank partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners, including property agents.
• Use the Cashew platform and advisory tools to deliver accurate, timely, and professional service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working towards performance-based earnings.
• Interest in property, finance, or home loans; prior experience in mortgage, banking, insurance, financial advisory, or property is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology in a modern advisory workflow.
