This role is ideal for an experienced office administrator, a business graduate with leadership potential, or a semi-retired professional seeking flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office administration and operations
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications
* Support customer service and client enquiries
* Organise documents and maintain company records
* Assist with bookkeeping and general business administration
* Work closely with management to improve business processes
* Lead and coordinate administrative activities to ensure the business runs efficiently
Requirements
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to lead and take initiative
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
* Previous office administration or management experience is an advantage but not essential
