Operations Intern - Product Support & Services - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of unit trusts, bonds, ETFs, and stocks.
• Liaise directly with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth distribution of our financial products.
• Process critical corporate action events and draft official correspondence to our end clients and business partners for Unit Trusts.
• Drive daily price administration and ensure flawless data exchange with media publishers and partners.
• Act as the first line of support for backroom inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding product setups.
• Provide general administration and operational support, stepping up for ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must
• Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tasks under tight schedule
• Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Able to commit for a period of 6 months
