Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Part-time Accounts Assistant for a contract role. You will support daily financial operations, data entry, and basic bookkeeping to ensure smooth accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic bookkeeping duties such as data entry, journal entries, and assist in maintaining accurate accounting records
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities
• Assist with general administrative duties and filing
• Support day-to -day administrative and accounting tasks
• Liaise with colleagues and external parties where required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or LCCI Bookkeeping qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and customers
• A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn, with a positive and professional attitude
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm
