Part-Time Account Executive

Part-time Accounts Executive, a position with a fast-growing, leading security and surveillance technology solution innovator in Singapore, with a vision to automate security services.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate full set of accounts fora group of small companies including:

Ø  Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.

Ø  Assist in the monthly and yearly closings.

Ø  Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

Ø Prepare& post entries relating to AP, adjustment, accruals, prepayments to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Ø  Record bank payments & payroll transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Ø  Issue monthly sales invoices.

Ø  Maintain the Fixed Asset register and run monthly depreciation using the ERP system.

Ø Reconcile interco transactions.

Ø  Prepare monthly payments via online banking portal.

Ø Prepare quarterly GST report according to local tax regulations.

Ø  Retrieve reports from the accounting system for management use when required.

·      Any other duties assigned by supervisor and management.

Requirements:

·       Diploma of Accountancy or equivalent.

·       With at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in full set of accounts.

·       Experienced with ERP system (i.e. Synergix) is preferred.

·       Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)

·       Hands on, self-motivated, meticulous with positive mindset and able to work independently.

·      Team player with good interpersonal skills.

·      Good communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
