Part Time Accounts & Admin Assistant
We are an Event Management company located at Henderson Road. We have vacancy for a Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant on a permanent basis.
The Job
- Perform Book Keeping duties using MYOB
- Perform monthly bank, AP and AR reconciliations
- Compile monthly sales report
- Issue monthly statement of accounts
- Assist with quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
- Assist with ad hoc data compilation, and administrative duties when assigned
Requirements
- At least a Higher Nitec in Accounting/ Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Book Keeping
- Able to work independently
- Able to handle full set of accounts is preferred
- Good in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in MYOB is a must
- Is meticulous and possess strong attention to details
Working Hours
- Required to work 2 days a week in office.
- 9.30 am to 4.30 pm (6 hrs per day)
