Job Summary

We are a newly established company and our business is currently in the early growth stage. We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant to mainly support our accounting, bookkeeping and basic administrative work.

This role is suitable for someone who is organized, careful with numbers, able to work independently, and willing to grow together with the company.

Responsibilities

Accounts Duties

  • Issue invoices and monitor accounts receivable.

  • Record expenses and maintain basic accounting records.

  • Reconcile bank transactions and supplier payments.

  • Prepare payment vouchers and track cash flow.

  • Organize receipts, invoices, payment records and accounting documents.

  • Assist in monthly accounts closing and basic financial reporting.

  • Liaise with external accountants or bookkeepers for accounting and tax submissions.

  • Assist with payroll records, CPF submission and related HR/admin matters.

  • Assist with GST-related records and supporting documents if required.

Administrative Duties

  • Organize and maintain filing systems and company records.

  • Manage basic email correspondence and general office administration.

  • Follow up on payments, invoices and supporting documents.

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation and other ad-hoc admin tasks.

Occasional Operational Support

  • Assist with sample preparation, packing, labelling or delivery coordination when required.

  • Assist in preparing simple quotations, purchase orders or related documents when needed.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and email.

  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese, spoken and written.

  • Careful, responsible and detail-oriented.

  • Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable handling numbers, invoices and accounting documents.

Preferred

  • Experience with accounting software.

  • Prior accounts, bookkeeping or admin experience.

  • Experience handling CPF, payroll, GST records or basic HR matters will be an advantage.

Working Hours
Part-Time position
Flexible working arrangement can be discussed
Preferably 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs
