Part-Time Finance Manager (Hybrid)

We're looking for a hands-on and dependable Part-Time Finance Manager to support our growing F&B business. If you're someone who enjoys keeping finances organised, managing payments accurately, and working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage the company's accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Assist with procurement by coordinating purchases, comparing quotations, and maintaining supplier records
• Prepare payment schedules and liaise with management on payment approvals
• Ensure accurate GST recording, filing, and compliance with IRAS requirements
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and key balance sheet accounts
• Support month-end closing and prepare month-end financial reports
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth purchasing and finance processes
• Assist with other finance and administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore GST regulations and compliance
• Experience handling supplier payments and procurement processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong integrity and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days working from home, 1 day working on-site
