Part-Time Freelancer Accounts Cum Admin Assistant

Job Requirement

· Candidate must possess

at least O/A Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

· No working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office

· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

· Be Independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure

· Possess a willing to learn and proactive attitude

· Training on work-related knowledge and competencies provided

· Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of clients' accounts
• Support Accounts Team
• Handle corporate tax admin/employment pass admin
• Maintenance of proper records and filing system;
• Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties;
• Provide secretarial support to Team leader;
• Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Able to work independently and as a team;
