Role Focus

As a Partnerships & Outreach Assistant, you'll support initiatives that strengthen relationships with schools, organisations, and community partners while contributing to business development and engagement efforts.

You'll assist with outreach planning, partnership coordination, stakeholder communications, and collaborative initiatives, gaining first-hand exposure to how successful professional relationships are built, managed, and developed over time.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, organisations, community partners, and external stakeholders.
• Support partnership initiatives, workshops, collaborative events, and engagement activities from planning through execution.
• Assist with outreach campaigns by coordinating communications, scheduling, and relationship management activities.
• Manage partnership correspondence, meeting arrangements, and follow-up to maintain strong ongoing engagement.
• Research potential organisations, strategic partners, and collaboration opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Contribute to partnership planning, stakeholder engagement, and business development projects while working closely with the wider team.
