Patient Billing & Claims Executive (Healthcare) - Part-Time

• Oversee patient registration, admission, discharge, and related finance administration in line with service standards.
• Prepare invoices, manage billing accuracy, and handle claims submission (MediShield, Medisave) with timely reconciliation.
• Administer receipts, donations, and financial records while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Engage patients and next‑of‑kin on outstanding balances, issuing reminders and settlement notices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete documentation for billing and finance processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare finance operations — admission administration, patient billing, credit control, debt collection, and claims processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and adaptable to new systems/software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients, families, and stakeholders professionally.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and accountability.
