The Job



Distribution Channel Compensation

• Manage ad hoc payment requests
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and delivered within stipulated timelines
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and automate working templates and reports using VBA and Microsoft Excel
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries and issues
• Participate in projects & UAT as required.

Distributor Requests

• Key person in charge for processing Income statement requests from Distributors within SLA.
• Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned.

The Talent

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in Insurance industry
• Proven experience in finance payment operations and the automation of payment-related processes using Excel VBA is highly advantagous.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA programming
• Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
• Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
