Job Description

• Manage payroll processing and validation for multiple Asian countries (except India)
• Review and audit payroll outputs prepared by external vendors
• Handle payroll adjustments, final payments, and statutory compliance
• Support financial reporting, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Manage employee payroll queries and stakeholder communications
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, audits, and tax reporting
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

• Has 5 years of regional payroll experience within financial institutes industries
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with payroll vendors and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel VLOOKUP, Pivotable and HRIS.
