PMO Analyst_ Contract - Part-Time

Job Summary

Support the project management office in delivering IT infrastructure projects by managing dashboards, budgets, resources, and communications to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing IT infrastructure projects following project governance standards
• Develop and maintain project management dashboards to provide regular, accurate project status reports
• Track and manage budget planning, utilization, and payment coordination with planning teams and vendors
• Monitor resource plans and utilization, including coordinating resource hiring activities
• Facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items
• Collaborate with senior team members to support project delivery aligned with schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Perform administrative tasks related to projects and team operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in PMO or project management within banking or IT infrastructure sectors
• Proficient in vendor management processes and practices
• Skilled in budget and financial management for projects
• Knowledgeable in resource management and allocation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative to anticipate and address project needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear stakeholder interactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Project Management or PMO certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Prince2)
• Hands-on experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
