Pricing & Quotations Executive (Contract Insurance) - Part-Time

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing & Quotations Executive to support quotation generation and pricing validation.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, data accuracy, and administrative coordination, and enjoys working with numbers and structured data. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate preparation of quotations and pricing documentation.
Responsibilities
Quotation Preparation

• Prepare and generate quotations based on approved pricing structures and templates
• Ensure all quotation details are accurate, complete, and aligned with guidelines
• Maintain proper records of quotations and supporting documentation

Pricing Support

• Assist in reviewing pricing data and validating calculations
• Support updates to pricing tables and related documentation
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in pricing information

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Maintain organized filing and documentation of pricing and quotation records
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs for quotations
• Track quotation requests and ensure timely turnaround

Excel & Data Management

• Use Microsoft Excel to compile, maintain, and analyse pricing data
• Perform data validation, formatting, and basic analysis using formulas and functions
• Maintain structured trackers and reports for monitoring purposes

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or any related discipline
• Prior experience in administration, operations, or pricing/quotation support
• Experience working with quotation systems or pricing databases
• Highly proficient in in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Exposure to insurance, financial services, or corporate environments is good to have
