Private Bank Operations Executive Asset Transfer Validation Up To $5K #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Tampines

Duration: ASAP until End Dec 2026

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $5000

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-processing checks to ensure payment instructions comply with client mandates, approvals and internal procedures.
• Verify callbacks for asset transfers and static updates before processing.
• Handle payment-related transactions, including remittances, internal transfers, cheque issuance, cash withdrawals and deposit placements.
• Resolve operational queries and escalate issues promptly where required.
• Perform end-of-day control checks, identify operational risks and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives, identify control gaps and participate in ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of experience in Private Bank Operations especially in the area of Remittances, Callback or Client Service role
