Product Manager (Insurance)- 12 Months Contract - Up To SGD8k - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Insurance). In this role,  you will be supporting the end-to-end development and management of life insurance products and propositions across the investment-linked product line, from ideation through launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of priority product initiatives, coordinating design, stakeholder alignment, and launch activities.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Operations, Tech, Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.  
• Gather customer and distribution insights, perform competitor analysis, and recommend product enhancements to boost value and commercial results.  
• Develop and refine product positioning and propositions based on feedback and market insights.  
• Ensure product development complies with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) or LIA (Life Insurance Association) regulations and internal policies, providing support to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in life insurance product development or related roles.  
• Preferably knowledgeable in ILP products, with understanding of customer needs and market trends.  
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including product positioning and benchmarking.  
• Good grasp of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, with a proactive approach to process improvement and leveraging AI solutions.  
• Degree in Business, Actuarial, or related field, with excellent communication skills and a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
