Own and evolve product propositions, working with the ecosystem team to build out services best suited to customer needs
Identify gaps and opportunities within the current product suite and customer journeys; strengthen unique selling points and ensure differentiation from competitors
Translate internal and external customer/audience data into actionable recommendations for proposition enhancements
Monitor the market landscape for emerging trends and assess relevance to product propositions
Develop, execute and review integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans to drive customer awareness, channel traction and sales adoption via a 360-degree approach
Identify market trends and opportunities to develop tactical plans, including increasing product penetration in target audiences
Own sales enablement tools — design and improve brochures, pitch decks, videos, social content, calculators, partnerships, etc.
Partner with Brand, Segments, Digital, CX, Product and cross-division teams (e.g. Data Analytics, Distribution, Corporate Affairs) to leverage multiple marketing channels with end-to-end commercial accountability
Work closely with vendors, creative and media agencies across all campaign stages
Manage smooth execution of marketing events, including project management and administrative logistics
