This role combines budget ownership, vendor management, and regional coordination — ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard of service quality. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between global vendors, internal teams, and regional market stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage budgets across multiple benefits programs and markets
Track and forecast spend against budget, ensuring targets are met and overruns avoided
Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities across vendors and program design
Evaluate partner proposals commercially to ensure ROI and long-term value
Partner with Finance on budget planning, reallocation, and reporting cycles
Maintain strong governance over budget approvals, utilization, and reporting accuracy
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors across insurance and lifestyle/experiential partnerships
Manage partner relationships from onboarding through execution and ongoing optimization
Monitor vendor performance and SLA adherence, including regular reporting and reviews
Lead issue resolution and escalation management to minimize disruption to end users
Support contract oversight and commercial negotiations to ensure cost efficiency
Drive the rollout and ongoing management of benefits programs across APAC markets
Monitor program performance and utilization for consistent, scalable delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
Bridge global strategy with local market needs to support adoption and localization
Prepare and deliver monthly performance updates covering program status, key issues, and market insights
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years' experience in product, operations, vendor management, or consulting
Strong background in budget management, financial tracking, and commercial analysis
Experience managing multi-vendor environments and regional stakeholders
