Programme Executive (Sports Industry) - Contract - Part-Time

We are looking for a meticulous individual proficient in Excel to provide back-end support for our sport programmes.

• $2,760 per month
• Immediate - 31 Mar 2027, subject to renewal
• Stadium MRT
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor existing sport programme codes and verify valid certification of instructors.
• Process payments to instructors based on approved matrix.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the successful creation of programmes.
• Manage a shared mailbox and promptly follow up on any requests or queries received.
• Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for programmes from various sports centres.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in Finance and Administrative-related duties.
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
• Independent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
