General Description

The Platforms and Integration Office – Wealth (TAP Core Wealth) team is responsible for portfolio management, with an emphasis on valuation and performance data to enable client related reporting and portfolio management capabilities.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with strong Functional Testing expertise combined with hands‑on RPA (UiPath) automation experience and has functional testing experience in Temenos Wealth suite Front Office - Triple A’ Plus (TAP) for T24/TAP/TTi upgrade, preferably in a private banking set-up. The candidate is to have good level of understanding in portfolio management related function(s) and is responsible for end-to-end quality ownership, ensuring quality across applications, and developing testing processes and running of testing processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) UiPath platforms.

The role collaborates closely with RPA team, business analysts to ensure high system quality, automation stability and business-aligned outcomes

Main duties

Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Testing

· Work with business users to understand user requirements of TAP Core Wealth [Product: Temenos Wealth suite Front Office - Triple A’ Plus (TAP)] as per assigned by Product Owner

· Collaborate closely with our product, design, and tech teams to understand product requirements and new feature specifications to plan test scenarios, testing efforts & schedule

· Participate actively in UAT planning, preparation, and execution for - Triple A’ Plus (TAP) for T24/TAP/TTi upgrade from R21 to R25

· Ensure the timely delivery of each release cycle for assigned projects, from detailed test case creation to performing end to end testing during the UAT phase

· Analyze test results, identify/log & prioritize defects to tech for issue resolution / defects

· Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected

· Communicate to Product & UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks

· Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies

· Validate end‑to‑end order lifecycle workflows, including:

• Order validation, routing, and execution
• Order amendments, cancellations, and settlements
• Exception handling and error scenarios

· Perform regression testing to ensure no impact on existing functionalities

RPA & Test Automation (UiPath)

· Contribute to the product’s test automation strategy and participate in cross-platform UAT automation when required

· Define automation testing strategies for system functionality including integration, regression, exception handling, and edge-case scenarios

· Design, develop, and deploy automated test flows using UiPath, integrating them into day-to-day testing processes

· Validate RPA bot logic, decision trees, system interactions, screen element recognition, and API/DB integrations

· Test and verify automation behaviours such as retries, exception management, queue processing, and failover handling

· Ensure RPA automation outputs align with business rules, compliance standards, data integrity requirements, and expected results

· Support cross‑platform and end‑to‑end automation during UAT and release cycles

Work Experience Requirements

· At least 5 years of experience in a testing role, in Temenos Wealth suite Front Office - Triple A’ Plus (TAP) and exposure to RPA (UiPath) testing and development

· Hands‑on experience with Temenos Wealth Suite Front Office modules (e.g., Client Lifecycle, Advisory, Portfolio, Transactions)

· Supporting T24 Core Banking and/or Temenos platform upgrade testing

· Experience in test automation would be an advantage

· Experience writing test cases in BDD and work closely with Automation Testers

· Experience in Banking and wealth management domain

· Good working experience using JIRA tool

· Good understanding of Agile principles and familiarity in different development & testing methodologies

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate efficiently with stakeholders and bridge the communication gaps with the right attitude

· Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously

· Must be independent and self-motivated

· Must be able to present the UAT status and dashboards to the PO and stakeholders

· Must represent the QA team in the various squad ceremonies when need arises

· Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria would be an advantage

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or finance

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a testing analyst

· Any relevant Testing related industry certifications would be a plus
