Revenue Accounting Analyst [US Tech MNC/ Up To 6k] - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Focus: Lead Revenue Accounting month-end close, revenue recognition compliance, GL reconciliations, journal entries, and SOX controls within a structured finance environment. Strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud ERP and revenue systems expertise.
• Office Location: Singapore / Central
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm, Hybrid arrangement)
• Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred due to the urgent nature of the hire.

The Talent

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of Revenue Accounting experience (full-cycle revenue close preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition standards (IFRS / ASC 606).
• Experience preparing revenue-related GL reconciliations (Deferred Revenue, Unbilled A/R, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of SOX/internal control requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Experience in public accounting or technical revenue recognition.
• Exposure to revenue management tools such as RevPro.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Job

• Lead month-end close activities for revenue-related accounts.
• Prepare revenue-related journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform detailed balance sheet fluctuation analysis and investigate variances.
• Ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
• Utilize Oracle Cloud ERP to process contractual, billing, and unbilled revenue data.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls testing, and audit documentation.
• Participate in system testing (UAT, enhancements, billing tests).
• Prepare management reports and support ad hoc financial analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize revenue leakage and improve processes.
