Sales Incentive Analyst (1 Year Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Support the calculation and administration of sales incentive payouts.
• Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and assist with data validation.
• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding incentive calculations.
• Support operational processes, documentation updates, and user testing when required.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and ensuring accurate data management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales performance, sales incentives, finance, or data analysis within the financial services industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
