Sales Performance & Sales Incentives Analyst #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring an Sales Performance & Sales Incentives Analyst to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate sales incentives for Wealth & Retail Banking employees accurately and on time.
• Support annual incentive planning through sales trend analysis, scenario simulations and cost-income analysis.
• Handle enquiries from the sales team and provide timely resolutions.
• Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain and update process documentation to ensure audit compliance.
• Support daily operations of the Sales Performance & Sales Incentive team.
• Perform data validation, data preparation and feature engineering for raw datasets.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
• Min 1–2 years of experience in Sales Incentive or Sales Performance functions within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Salary: Up to $4,500
• Contract Period: 1 year
