Securities Transfer Operations Executive (1 Year Contract) #NKC - Part-Time

Process and monitor securities transfer requests accurately and within timelines

Verify approvals and ensure instructions comply with signing mandates and procedures

Liaise with internal teams, custodians, counterparties, and front office on transfer activities

Investigate and resolve failed transfers, stock breaks, and cash breaks

Perform daily control checks and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines

Handle and resolve business queries promptly or escalate when necessary

Support process improvement initiatives, control reviews, and operational projects as required
