Senior Associate - Regulatory Reporting - 12 Months Contract - Up To SGD7k - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate - Regulatory Reporting. In this role, you will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders including the Chief of Finance Officer, actuaries, onshore and offshore teams and other finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end financial close and reporting processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and high-level analytical reviews.  
• Contribute to the accurate delivery of regulatory reporting such as MAS returns and solvency computations, ensuring compliance and quality.  
• Support external audit activities by coordinating audit work, and preparing and reviewing financial statements and regulatory submissions.  
• Provide ad hoc accounting and reporting support to the investment function, including assisting with Chart of Accounts maintenance.  
• Implement and monitor end-user controls to enhance data integrity and process compliance across finance operations.  
• Collaborate with Group, Regional, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, support process improvements, and embed FLOD (First Line of Defense) roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience  
• Preferably with a background in Finance and financial reporting expertise  
• In-depth knowledge of MAS Regulations  
• Proficient in working with large data sets  
• Familiarity with internal risk management frameworks, operational risk policies, SOX framework, and the financial regulatory environment  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
