Senior Finance Executive (1 Year Contract) - Part-Time

Location : Loyang

Responsibilities

• Manage various financial modules and cost centers, including AR, AP, PO-AP system, Cash management, Fixed Assets, GL, and Financial Reporting.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closings with finance team and stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, audit schedules, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle quarterly GST reporting and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support audit processes and undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by HOD/CFO.
• Tasks may vary based on organizational needs.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy required for Executive level.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the Service industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Pivot, Vlookup, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in managing full set of accounts; familiarity with Synergix ERP preferred.
• Energetic and adept at working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
• Meticulous, organized, and efficient in data-entry tasks.
• 5 days work week (42 hours) with hybrid work arrangement
• Salary : Up to $4500（Depends on Experience）
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice
