Senior Finance Executive - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Assist with charities annual submission and charity portal update exercise;

• Perform duties related to sector regulation work, such as conducting screenings;

• Process applications for charity registration, Institutions of a Public Character status and related

matters;

• Statistics compilation; and

• Any other matters assigned.

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid (2 WFH days)

Working Hours:

Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Clarke Quay

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Salary: Monthly Rated

Job Requirements:

• Able to read financial statements and conduct basic financial analysis.

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently, exercise initiative, pay attention to details, and be a good team player.

• Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles will be an added advantage.
