Senior Program Manager - Part-Time

Job Background:

This is a Senior Program Manager role to support a MNC bank's Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination: Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management.
• Regulatory & Governance Leadership: Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums (SteerCo, Working Groups), ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements.
• BAU Continuity & Risk Management: Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans.

Experience:

• Essential: Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 10+ years.
• Desirable: Project Management Officer who has M&A transaction experience in his/her previous roles.

Competencies:

• Candidate should have prior experience of engaging with C suite.
