Job Description

• Lead the development of the annual sustainability report, investor ESG reporting, and external ESG disclosures.
• Oversee quarterly sustainability reporting to the Board and investors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ESG reporting standards and lead the annual PRI reporting process.
• Implement group-wide ESG policies and commitments.
• Collaborate with regional and business platforms to design tailored sustainability frameworks aligned to local and industry needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to drive the achievement of organisational sustainability objectives.
• Provide advisory to business units in sustainability investor due diligence.
• Provide strategic guidance on integrating ESG considerations into portfolio.
• Lead the development and distribution of sustainability materials, such as capability decks, onboarding content etc.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 8 years of experience in sustainability or a related area.
• Proficiency in sustainability reporting
• Bachelors degree in related field
