Subject Matter Expert (Trade, CASA Payment, Lending) - Part-Time

Manage IT project delivery and provide senior functional/technical SME support across Trade Finance, CASA, Payments, and Lending systems.

Work with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and users to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and delivery milestones.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, solution documents, process flows, system requirements, and implementation plans.

Coordinate system configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, defect management, and post-implementation support activities.

Review solution gaps, assess change requests, support impact analysis, and ensure issues are resolved with the relevant application and technical teams.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, test progress updates, and implementation records.

Ensure project deliverables meet business, operational, regulatory, and technical requirements while supporting continuous improvement of banking systems.
