Job Overview

As a summer intern, you will directly assist the investment team and operations department, participating in market research, data analysis, client report production and daily operational support. This position is designed to provide practical opportunities for outstanding students who are interested in the asset management industry, accumulate industry experience through real projects, and lay the foundation for future career development.

Main Responsibilities

• Investment support : Assist the team with industry research, company financial analysis and portfolio performance tracking.

• Data analysis : Organize and update market data (such as stocks, bonds, macroeconomic indicators) and create visual charts.

• Client Communication : Assist in preparing client reports, presentations and meeting minutes in both Chinese and English.

• Operational assistance : Support back-end departments in handling transaction settlement, compliance document filing and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Innovative projects : Participate in exploratory projects on ESG investment research or the application of financial technology tools.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor or Master degree student majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields. Those who are familiar with financial statement analysis and basic investment knowledge will be given priority.

• Language skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), able to efficiently complete bilingual document writing and communication.

• Skills and attitudes: (i) Have a strong interest in the asset management industry, strong learning ability, and willing to undertake basic work. (ii) Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; those with AI Tool basics are preferred. (iii) Pay attention to details, have good logical thinking and teamwork skills.
