Responsibilities
• Providing primary operational technical support • Improving complex operations • Improving reliability and quality of systems • Reducing time-to-market with CICD pipelines • Managing technical issues and escalations • Maintaining and improving existing workflow processes • Promoting knowledge sharing within the organization • Bridging the gap between Dev and Ops • Maintaining programmable code outlined in technical instructions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Programming • Experience in a banking environment is a plus • Minimum 3 years of experience with UNIX environments • Minimum 3 years of experience in scripting languages (Python, Powershell) • Minimum 2 years of experience in technologies (Ansible, Gitlab, Azure Devops, Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with task schedulers (Control-M) • Good understanding of IT ecosystems and application architectures • Knowledge of CICD pipelines, ITIL practices, Agile practices, Lean • Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactivity and ability to propose new ideas • Positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement • Team player • Curiosity about new technologies
