Telesales / Direct Sales Agent (Contract Bank) - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote banking products such as cashline, balance transfer, and loans.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and eligibility criteria.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer queries and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum O Level qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, direct sales, preferably in a banking industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
