Telesales Officer (Bank L 12-Month Contract) Up To $4.5K - Part-Time

• 
  Promote the digital payment solution to existing and prospective customers through outbound telesales activities.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate value propositions to drive adoption.
• Assist customers with onboarding, including both onsite and remote setup, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide clear, accurate, and concise information on product features, pricing, and processes.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable merchant solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage retention and long-term usage.
• Follow up with customers post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and onboarding progress in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, product teams) to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or merchant solutions role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to explain technical or financial solutions in a clear and simple manner.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
