Temp Marketing/Communications Executive #HZOT - Part-Time

Location: Jurong East

Workday: Monday to Friday, 830am – 6pm / 9am – 630pm

Salary: up to $3,300

Duration: 6-month contract, must be able to commit for the full 6 months (Oct 26 - Mar 27)

Job scope:

This role will require you to support the Marketing & Communications team, particularly in branding and marketing operations, including but not limited to:

• Provide support for management engagement, including preparation of decks, consolidation of inputs, and coordination of briefings.
• Provide operational and administrative support for marcomms initiatives, including day‑to‑day execution support and coordination across activities.
• Support inventory management and procurement administration, including stocktaking and upkeep of corporate collaterals, preparation of Purchase Orders, invoice tracking, and management of required documentation.
• Provide support in other ad‑hoc marketing and communications matters as required.

Job Requirements

• Min. diploma / degree in marketing, communications or relevant fields
• Min. 1-2 years communications / marketing experience required
