Temporary Accounts Data Entry Assistant - Part-Time

Zagro is a Singapore private-limited company, strong in heritage and experienced in providing Agri solutions to farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry. It manufactures and distributes a wide range of nutrition and protection products for animal health and crop care.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team on a short-term assignment of approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Temporary Accounts Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform accurate and data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
2. Input and update financial information while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
3. Verify source documents before data entry and highlight any discrepancies.
4. Assist the Finance team with general administrative duties as required.
5. Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

1. Mandatory: Working knowledge and hands-on experience with ACCPAC.
2. Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
4. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
6. Able to start work immediately is preferred.
