UAT Analyst (Banking) (Payment Product) (12 Months Contract) #NKC - Part-Time

LOCATION: TAMPINES

AL: 7 days per year

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects and issues identified during testing.
• Verify fixes through retesting and ensure issues are resolved before production release.
• Prepare and maintain UAT test environments, test data, and testing documentation.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure system enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards prior to deployment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defect logs.
• Support continuous improvement of UAT processes and testing methodologies.
