UAT Tester (6 Months Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system changes against business requirements.
• Prepare, review, and update test cases, test results, and related documentation.
• Identify, track, and follow up on defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor testing progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain testing records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support operational readiness activities, including user training and knowledge transfer.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist users with system-related enquiries.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of system enhancements.
• Participate in process improvement and project-related activities as assigned.
