UAT Tester (7.5 Months Contract) #TNJHJ - Part-Time

Location: near Raffles Place mrt

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Salary: up to $5K

How it works

You’ll work closely with application owners and software developers to understand what the product is meant to do, its key features and its workflows. Once you understandwhat the program is meant to do, you’ll then carry out functional testing toensure that the system works according to its specifications and that it worksin a robust manner even in exception scenarios.

What you do

As a UAT tester, you’ll plan and conceptualize the necessary tests to be carried out andthen organize test runs to ensure the user-friendly rating of the product. You’ll execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures, and test systemmodifications to prepare for implementation. Supported with your stronganalytical and communication skills, you will prepare solid documentation oftest cases and effectively engage the stakeholders when reporting bugs.

Who you are

• You’ve got 2 – 5 years of experience in testing a software application and are familiar with testing process and methodologies.
• Analytical, inquisitive, tenacious. You’re a results-driven self-starter and an adept problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
• You’re proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a savvy user of AI productivity tools.
