About the Role
We are seeking a UAT Tester (Ops Support & System) to join our project team for a 4‑month contract. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability and compliance with business requirements, particularly in the context of property transaction workflows in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand Business requirements & project documents. i.e. FRS, Test Documentations
• Able to work independently and responsible for UAT Execution (i.e. test scripts and test scenarios)
• Validate system responses against business rules and expected user behaviours.
• Prioritise UAT Testing in a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment to meet the expected time frames.
• Identify and prepare test data.
• Document test results and communicate the results to both IT and Users for review.
• Log defects with detailed documentation and steps to reproduce, tracking of defects during the UAT phase
• Ensure accurate update on issue, defect status and timeliness of test results.
• Ensure proper handling of edge cases such as failed transactions, duplicate payments, or invalid input.
• Track and report testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
Requirements
• Experience in system testing.
• Solid understanding of payment workflows, especially in the context of property transactions in Singapore.
• Familiarity with logging of system issues to tracker.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially in testing financial data and process flows.
• Knowledge of conveyancing practices and stakeholders is a strong advantage.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
