(Urgent) Finance Associate - 1 Year Contract - Part-Time

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable organisation in Singapore to support their Finance and accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned accounts.

• Prepare and review journal entries, including grant or project-related transactions.

• Support account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Assist in audit processes and preparation of financial statements and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. SAP is a plus)

• Meticulous, with strong analytical and communication skills.
