💰 Salary

Up to SGD 3,500/month (depending on experience)

🕒 Working Hours

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

3 Months

💼 Job Responsibilities

Support intercompany account and reconciliation processes across regional entities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and finance teams to ensure timely processing of intercompany transactions.
Prepare intercompany invoices, debit notes, and supporting documentation.
Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Support month-end closing activities related to intercompany transactions.
Maintain proper finance documentation and filing.
Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative duties assigned by the manager.
