About Our Client

Our esteemed client is having a global presence, premium brand in the wealth management domain, with a focus on servicing and advising elite private clients.

Job Description

• Responsible for administering production phone requests including but not limited to phone set-ups.
• Having an experience with Trader phone system is ideal.
• Should have handled delivering and maintaining Cisco Telephony system.
• Worked on administration and managing the Voice Recording system used by the region.This includes ensure of the uptime and availability of the system.

The Successful Applicant

• Familiarity in managing, administering Cisco Unified Call manager (ideally v10 and above) and the different stacks
• Cisco gateway, SBC, SIP, MGCP, analog gateway
• PSTN connection: SIP, E1/T1, BRI, POTS line
• Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (IPCC, CVP, CUIC, WIM)
• FAX, attendant, voicemail, DECT telephony
• Worked on managing collaboration tool such as Webex
• Adept with Call Attendant solutions and troubleshooting
• Experience in Monitoring tool (Cisco prime LMS, Tivoli)
• Know-how of managing and administering Verba Voice Recording Systems is ideal
• Experience with Trader phone system such as BT IPTrade or IPC Unigy is ideal
• Able to work effectively in diverse environments with troubleshooting skills including areas such as Storage, OS, patches, and networking is ideal
